1. General

This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Dr Vicky Ho | Smile Design Studio (“Smile Design Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Audience: Our Site and communications are intended for people aged 18 years and over in Australia. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal information or enquiries without parent/guardian consent.

Our Limited Licence to You
All material on this Site—including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, downloadable files, and layout (collectively, “Content”)—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws.

By providing your email address or mobile number, you consent to receive necessary communications from us—such as appointment confirmations, reminders, or requested downloads—and, where you opt in, occasional updates or educational content.

Message frequency varies; normal carrier charges may apply.

Opt-out (email): click “unsubscribe” in any message.

Opt-out (SMS): reply “STOP”.

We do not sell or share your SMS or email opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss—including loss of profits, opportunity, data, or business—arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia (WA Registry).

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be removed, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Smile Design Studio regarding use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
